BOOM! Another top Project Manager position from the Team at Build Space!We are on the on the hunt for a No.1 Project Manager to head up a 30m new build Industrial and Logistics project in Sheffield. Working for one of the hottest Main Contractors in the sector, this is a banger of an opportunity. We are looking for a highhly technical PM with excellent earthworks, groundworks, piling know how, this build has some complex aspects to it.Project Manager roles and responsibilities:Leading the full project lifecycle on a 30m IandL scheme, from pre-start through to completion and handoverActing as the senior point of contact for the client, consultants and design teamBuilding and leading the site team: Site Managers, Engineers and Package ManagersDriving the programme, managing risk and keeping delivery on time and on budgetWorking closely with the commercial team on cost control, change and valuationsMaking sure health and safety, quality and environmental standards are met at every stageProject Manager experience required:Proven track record as a Senior PM or Project Lead on new build schemes worth 15m to 30m or moreStrong Industrial and Logistics experience, such as distribution centres, warehousing or large-span steel frame buildingsMain contractor background, ideally with DandB experienceConfident with clients, and someone who leads from the front on siteDegree or HNC in a construction-related discipline, plus SMSTS and CSCS.
