This is a varied role managing a strong pipeline of CAPEX and project works across a complex and technically challenging estate, including M&E, fit-out and refurbishment. The Role You''ll take ownership of projects from initial client brief and scoping through design, procurement, tender, delivery and handover, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
