We''re recruiting for a Project Manager to oversee a diverse programme of mechanical and electrical projects at a flagship site in Southampton, with occasional support to a London office if required. Projects include M&E upgrades, plant replacement works and specialist laboratory refurbishment projects. The Role You''ll be responsible for managing projects from concept through to completion, taking ownership of client relationships, commercial performance and successful project delivery. Deliver M&E and laboratory upgrade projects. Manage projects from sales through to handover. Take ownership of stakeholder relationships. Manage project budgets and P&L. Coordinate subcontractors and project teams. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Drive high levels of client satisfaction.
