Project Manager – Long-Term Contract (Warehouse Refurbishment & Fit-Out)
Start Date: End of May
 Duration: 3 Phases (Approx. 48 Weeks Total)

Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a long-term, multi-phase warehouse project. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work across a well-structured programme.

The project will be delivered in three 16-week phases:

• Phase 1 & 3:
  Full external refurbishment (delap) of a warehouse, including:
  • Window and door replacements
  • Extensive cladding works
• Phase 2:
  Complete office fit-out within the new warehouse space

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• Black CSCS Card
• First Aid Certificate
• Proven experience managing similar refurbishment and fit-out projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Long-term contract (approx. 48 weeks)
• Structured project phases for continuity
• Opportunity to work on a large-scale refurbishment and fit-out
