We''re working with a leading organisation to recruit a Project Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of projects across prestigious office buildings and commercial towers. The Role You''ll take full ownership of projects from initial client engagement through to successful delivery, managing stakeholders, commercial performance and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. Deliver M&E projects including plant replacements, upgrades and commercial fit-outs. Manage projects from sales and bid support through to completion. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Take responsibility for programme, cost and quality. Manage project P&L and commercial performance. Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams.
