Project Manager

The RoleAs Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of SHDF-funded retrofit programmes, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in line with industry compliance standards.Projects will include a range of energy efficiency and retrofit measures such as insulation, ventilation, and low-carbon upgrades.Key ResponsibilitiesFull lifecycle project management of SHDF retrofit worksManaging site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partnersEnsuring compliance with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standardsOverseeing programme delivery, budgets, and reportingActing as the key point of contact for Stevenage Borough CouncilDriving resident engagement and maintaining high levels of customer satisfactionMonitoring quality assurance, health and safety, and performanceIdentifying and mitigating risks across the programmeRequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager within social housing, planned works, or retrofitStrong track record delivering SHDF or similar decarbonisation projectsIn-depth knowledge of PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 frameworksUnderstanding of BREEAM principles (desirable)Highly organised with strong planning and coordination skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication abilitiesExperience working within occupied propertiesRelevant construction or project management qualificationsWhat s on OfferWork with a leading Tier 1 contractor on a flagship SHDF programmeLong-term pipeline of secured retrofit works£65k Salary ..... full job details .....
