Project ManagerLondon £65,000 - £73,000 Car Allowance 20% BonusAre you an experienced Project Manager with a strong MandE background looking to deliver high-profile commercial projects in Central London?We''re working with a leading organisation to recruit a Project Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of projects across prestigious office buildings and commercial towers.The RoleYou''ll take full ownership of projects from initial client engagement through to successful delivery, managing stakeholders, commercial performance and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.Deliver MandE projects including plant replacements, upgrades and commercial fit-outs.Manage projects from sales and bid support through to completion.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Take responsibility for programme, cost and quality.Manage project PandL and commercial performance.Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and CDM requirements.About YouProven Project Management experience delivering MandE projects, within an FM or Building Services environment.Experience working within commercial buildings.Strong stakeholder management skills.Commercially aware with PandL responsibility.Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Fit-out experience would be advantageous.If this sounds like something suitable to your experience, please apply with your CV today!
