Candidates without a proven, specialist façade background will NOT be considered.Are you a Project Manager who has built your career within the façade and building envelope sector?We are working with Eire Facade Systems, a leading specialist façade contractor, who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager on a permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced façade professional to take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working across high-profile projects in London and the South East.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of façade projects, managing the programme, commercial performance, procurement, design coordination, client relationships and site delivery.You will work closely with the commercial, design and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, on programme and to the required quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTaking overall responsibility for the delivery of façade projects from inception through to completion.Managing project programmes, budgets and commercial performance.Leading the pre-construction, mobilisation and delivery phases.Coordinating design development, technical submissions and approvals.Managing procurement of materials, subcontractors and specialist ..... full job details .....
