Lead Our Specialist AC Projects from Concept to Completion Are you a hands-on Project Manager with a deep technical understanding of air conditioning systems? We''re looking for an experienced HVAC PM to join our Camden office and take full ownership of our commercial and industrial projects. This is a critical role where you will be the driving force behind the full project lifecycle from initial planning and design input through to installation, commissioning, and final handover. What You''ll Be Doing Full Project Ownership: You will lead the complete lifecycle of our HVAC/AC projects (with a strong focus on Air Conditioning), managing scope, scheduling, procurement, and budgets. Manage Teams and Suppliers: Coordinate all internal teams, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth, efficient delivery. Control the Commercials: Take full responsibility for the project''s financial health, including cost tracking, managing change orders, and protecting margins. Be the Face of the Project: Act as the primary point of contact from our Camden office, building strong client relationships and managing all stakeholder communications. Ensure Quality and Compliance: Champion our high standards for Health and Safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on every site.
