A leading independent construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Manchester office and lead a mix of high-profile retail and hospitality developments across the North West. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager looking for more client ownership and the chance to oversee complex, design-led schemes from inception to completion.The Project Manager will join a collaborative team working on projects ranging from 5m to 40m, with a strong pipeline into 2026. This role suits a confident and commercially aware Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.The Project Manager''s roleThe Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from feasibility through to handover, working directly with private developers, operators, and major brands.
