Project Manager

A well-respected multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong presence across the UK is looking to appoint a Project Manager with a background in Building Surveying or Project Management. Based in London, this role is ideal for a qualified Project Manager who can start within a month and bring proven experience delivering healthcare-related projects in a consultancy setting.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a progressive and collaborative team working on a range of public and private sector schemes. The successful Project Manager will be confident leading refurbishment and redevelopment projects, often in live environments, and must be comfortable managing client relationships, technical delivery and programme control from day one. The Project Manager''s roleThe Project Manager will be involved in delivering complex schemes in the healthcare, public and commercial sectors, typically valued between £2m and £20m. The role requires experience of working in occupied buildings and with clinical or operational stakeholders, with an emphasis on managing disruption, compliance and clear communication.You''ll be responsible for project planning, procurement, contract administration (JCT and NEC), and stakeholder engagement.
