A respected construction consultancy in South London is seeking a confident and capable Project Manager to join their team and lead education and commercial projects across Greater London. With a strong order book into 2026, this consultancy offers genuine project variety and progression.The Project Manager''s roleThe Project Manager will deliver schemes through all stages, from early design to final handover. Responsibilities will include:Leading delivery of education and commercial projects for public and private clientsManaging project scope, cost, and programme throughout lifecyclePreparing reports, cost plans, and contract documentsAdministering JCT contracts and overseeing procurementChairing progress and stakeholder meetingsManaging design teams and contractor performanceThe Project Manager will have autonomy across a range of schemes while benefiting from senior-level support where required.The Project ManagerThe successful Project Manager will have:A degree in Project Management, Construction, or similarExperience working within a consultancy environmentSector experience in education, commercial or public buildingsContract ..... full job details .....
