Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a proactive Project Manager who can take responsibility for projects throughout the construction lifecycle.Project Manager - The RoleThe successful Project Manager will deliver residential construction projects from start to finish, reporting directly to the Build Director and working alongside Senior Project Managers.The Project Manager will regularly visit sites to monitor progress against architectural drawings and specifications, identifying and resolving issues through coordination with contractors, structural engineers, Building Control and the internal Design Team.Additional Project Manager responsibilities will include:Preparing and maintaining construction project plansMonitoring workmanship, quality and programme on siteCoordinating contractors, consultants and other construction professionalsEnsuring projects comply with Party Wall obligationsCarrying out quality inspections ..... full job details .....
