A highly regarded construction consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple commercial and office fit-out projects across the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a dynamic and well-structured team working on schemes ranging from 2m to 30m.The Project Manager will take full ownership of several key client accounts, delivering complex workplace and office schemes through all RIBA stages. This role is well suited to a commercially aware Project Manager with a consultancy background and strong communication skills.The Project Manager''s roleThe Project Manager will be responsible for managing design teams, client engagement, and contractor performance from pre-contract to handover. Duties include:Delivering Cat A and Cat B office fit-outs and commercial refurbishmentsPreparing key project documents including reports, contracts, and risk registersLeading stakeholder meetings and managing expectationsAdministering JCT contracts and overseeing procurementMonitoring programme and quality on-siteProviding technical and strategic input across multiple live schemesThe Project ManagerThe successful Project Manager will have:A construction-related degree (Project Management, QS, Building Surveying, etc.)Consultancy-side experience delivering commercial or workplace projectsProven ability to lead projects independentlyStrong knowledge of JCT contracts and pre-contract processesProgress toward MRICS or MAPM (or ..... full job details .....
