We re recruiting for a Project Manager PFI Expiry to lead a key programme across multiple sites in London. This is a 12-month contract paying £450 per day inside IR35, with responsibility for lifecycle works, asset condition, remedial works, compliance and transition planning through to successful handback. The Role As the Project Manager PFI Expiry, you will: Manage projects and workstreams associated with PFI contract expiry and handback. Oversee lifecycle, remedial and asset condition works. Coordinate contractors and multiple internal and external stakeholders. Manage compliance requirements and transition planning. Monitor programme, commercial and financial performance. Support a smooth and compliant handback across a complex estate. About You To be successful as the Project Manager PFI Expiry, you ll have: Strong Project Management experience within Facilities Management. Proven experience working with PFI contracts.
