Project Manager

I am looking for a Project Manager with Construction/Refurb bias to start ASAP on a high profile contract in Reading. Project Manager Reading 325pd inside IR35 2 month+ contract You will: Oversee end-to-end delivery of minor refurbishment projects, from initial brief to completion. Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution. Prepare project scopes, schedules, and budgets; monitor performance against targets. Ensure all refurb works comply with health and safety regulations and building standards. Manage site access, permits, and coordination of trades during works. Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards. Maintain accurate documentation including project reports, risk assessments, and change orders. Support procurement of materials and services in line with company policy. ..... full job details .....
