Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next client-side opportunity? We re recruiting for a Project Manager to deliver a range of estates and construction projects for a healthcare organisation in Leicestershire. You ll manage multiple projects valued up to £10m, working closely with senior stakeholders, contractors, estates and design teams. This is an initial six-month contract with the potential to become permanent. The Role As the Project Manager, you will: Manage multiple estates and construction projects valued up to £10m. Oversee project budgets, programmes and timescales. Manage contractors and ensure high Health and Safety standards. Provide senior management with clear updates on project progress and costs. Coordinate with estates, design and construction teams. Ensure successful delivery within a live operational environment. About You To be successful as the Project Manager, you ll have: Proven project management experience within estates, construction or a similar environment. Experience managing contractors, budgets and project programmes. Strong knowledge of Health and Safety requirements. Excellent stakeholder and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Healthcare or NHS estates experience would be advantageous.
