Midlands | £400 per day (Inside IR35) | Temp to Perm

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the Midlands to deliver lifecycle, M&E and fit-out projects from concept through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team on a temp-to-perm basis, managing projects that make a real operational impact.

The Role As the Project Manager, you''ll:

• Manage multiple lifecycle, capital and refurbishment projects from inception through to handover.
• Deliver M&E, fit-out and building services projects across occupied sites.
• Manage project budgets, programmes, risks and change control to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in line with quality standards.

You To be successful in the role of Project Manager, you''ll bring:

• Proven experience delivering lifecycle, capital works or refurbishment projects within Facilities Management.
• A strong background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects.
• Experience managing fit-out, building services and project variations.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
