Project Manager

A Project Manager is required in Westminster, London to identify and deliver mechanical and electrical projects across a multi-site estate. You''ll take full ownership of small and medium project works, from initial opportunity and feasibility through to tendering, delivery and commercial close-out.

Working with stakeholders, designers and subcontractors, you''ll manage project scope, budgets, risk and site delivery while developing a pipeline of future project opportunities.

The Role
 
As the Project Manager, you''ll:

• Identify and develop M&E project opportunities across a portfolio of maintenance contracts.
• Work with stakeholders and designers to define scope, feasibility and project requirements.
• Prepare tenders and analyse subcontractor returns against budgets and required profit margins.
• Manage projects end to end, including estimating, subcontractors and site operations.
• Manage statutory and commercial risks while following CDM and QHSE requirements.
• Agree payment schedules and applications while maintaining accurate commercial and project records.
• Develop a pipeline of short, medium and long-term project opportunities across the estate.

About You
 
To be successful as the Project Manager, you''ll have:

• Experience delivering mechanical and electrical projects within a facilities or building services environment.
• Strong end-to-end project management and subcontractor management capability.
• Commercial awareness covering estimating, tenders, budgets and project margins.
• Knowledge of CDM requirements and managing statutory and commercial project risks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise on project feasibility and scope.
• The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.
