The Role As the Project Manager, you''ll: Manage refurbishment, fit-out and minor works projects from inception to completion. Deliver multiple concurrent building fabric and MandE projects valued up to £1m. Develop project scopes, tender documentation and procurement packages. Manage programmes, budgets, risks, variations and overall commercial performance. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and supply chain partners. Ensure compliance with CDM, RAMS, permits and health and safety requirements. Chair progress meetings and provide clear reporting to clients and stakeholders.
