£18m Project | London Zone 1 | to £500 p/d

Ready to lead a high-profile London cut & carve scheme in 2026? A leading contractor is looking for a Project Manager to deliver a £18m Zone 1 enabling through to RC Frame project.

You’ll join during pre-construction, getting to know the client, team, and scheme, before taking full ownership through delivery. This is your chance to work on a complex, city-centre project with a premier contractor and a strong project pipeline.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven track record managing cut & carve/enabling projects up to £30m
Experience with Central London’s most challenging sites: deep basements, façade retention, structural alterations, temporary works
First-class client and stakeholder management skills
Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
Background in specialist demolition, enabling works, or civil engineering
