Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Manager South Wales starting as soon as possible for long term work.

Key Responsibilites

Managing multiple small-value fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.-

Overseeing project costs and budgets using Quantity Surveying experience to control expenditure, track vriations, and maximise profitability.-

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery across multipul live sites.

Managing procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and timely deliveries.-
