Position: Project ManagerLocation: Exeter, Devon, United KingdomSalary: 55,000 - 70,000 (dependent on experience, knowledge and qualifications)Day Rate: 280 - 300 per dayWorking Arrangement: Site basedEmployment Type: Permanent or ContractA Project Manager is required for a leading drylining contractor to oversee a 3 million drylining package on a major 80 million student accommodation development in Exeter. The project forms part of a strong pipeline of work across the South West, offering excellent longer-term opportunities within the business. With a turnover of approximately 65 million and around 150 members of staff, the company operates from multiple offices across the UK.This role would suit an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in drylining who can take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the package.
