ole Overview: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of a prison construction project in Newton Abbot. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in managing complex construction projects, preferably with Tier 1 contractor experience. While prison project experience is a bonus, it is not mandatory. The role involves coordinating the project from planning through to completion, ensuring all targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the project plan, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation. Lead project meetings, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure clear communication throughout the project. Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project milestones and financial performance. Requirements: Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector.
