Project Manager - Azure Optimisation London Council Contract: 6 monthsDay Rate: £600 per dayIR35: Inside IR35Location: London - 1 day per week onsite We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a London-based council on an initial 6-month contract, leading a programme focused on Azure optimisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused Project Manager with strong experience managing cloud transformation, optimisation or cost-efficiency initiatives within complex public sector or enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of an Azure optimisation programme from planning through to implementation. Work closely with technical teams, cloud specialists and senior stakeholders to identify and deliver optimisation opportunities. Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and budgets. Coordinate delivery across multiple technical and business teams. Provide clear progress reporting to senior leadership and programme governance forums. Ensure optimisation initiatives deliver measurable improvements in Azure performance, usage and cost. Manage suppliers and third-party partners where required.
