This is an initial three-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role will focus on shaping projects before delivery, including feasibility studies, option development, project documentation and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities Support projects through feasibility, concept and early design stages. Produce high-quality feasibility studies, option appraisals, business cases, project briefs and governance papers. Define project scope, objectives, requirements, budgets, programmes, risks and delivery strategies. Coordinate input from airport operations, engineering, commercial teams, consultants, designers and other stakeholders. Arrange and facilitate workshops, meetings, surveys and site investigations.
