About the Role


Avenue is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager / Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent leadership, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
You''ll be responsible for coordinating site operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the highest standards of quality and health & safety are upheld throughout every stage of the project.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from planning through to completion.
  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant and materials.
  • Monitor project progress against programme and budgets.
  • Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
  • Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Attend client, contractor and progress meetings.
  • Produce and maintain site documentation, reports and records.
  • Resolve site issues quickly to minimise delays.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers and site teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.


What We''re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor.
  • Strong understanding of construction site operations and project delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing programmes and budgets.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Full UK driving licence.

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
