Avenue Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to oversee a major glazing project based in St Andrews.

This is a full-time, site-based role where you''ll take ownership of the day-to-day management of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate must be onsite full-time throughout the duration of the project.

• Manage the project from commencement through to successful completion.
• Oversee all daily site activities, ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and materials.
• Ensure the project remains on programme and within budget.
• Maintain excellent communication with the client and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure all work meets specification.
• Enforce Health & Safety procedures and ensure full site compliance.
• Attend and lead site meetings where required.
• Manage site documentation, reports and project records.
• Resolve site issues promptly to minimise delays.

• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager within the glazing industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial glazing installation and site management.
• CSCS Black Card.
• SMSTS Certification.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
