This project aims to implement a new system to manage capital assets, including:
andbull; Asset lifecycle planning.
andbull; Investment tracking and forecasting.
andbull; Integration with finance, housing, and property services.

The project will involve:
andbull; Business case development.
andbull; Market review and system selection.
andbull; Implementation planning and stakeholder engagement.
andbull; Data migration and integration with existing systems.

Essential experience:

andbull; Experience delivering property or asset management systems in the public sector.
andbull; Strong understanding of capital planning, finance integration, and property services.
andbull; Ability to manage technical implementation and change management.
andbull; Familiarity with data governance and system integration.
