The role will oversee installation, structural coordination and project handover, working closely with factory teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage delivery of a large-scale modular construction project from manufacture through to handover Coordinate module production, transport and site installation programmes. Oversee lifting operations, crane activities and installation sequencing. Manage structural interfaces including embed plates, steel connections and welding works. Ensure compliance with health and safety, CDM regulations and quality standards. Coordinate inspections, defect management and final project handover.
