PMO LeadLocation: Aberdeen - 2 to 3 days a week onsite Salary: 557.42 per day (Inside IR35) Contract: ends December 2026 - interimWe are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to join our client''s organisation during an exciting period of set-up and mobilisation.Reporting to the Head of Programme Delivery, you will combine hands-on project delivery with PMO leadership and programme governance. You will lead projects and complex workstreams while helping establish proportionate delivery standards, governance, reporting and controls across the organisation.Key responsibilitiesLead projects and complex workstreams from initiation to closure.Support business leads and PMO managers to establish effective projects and programmes.Develop and embed delivery standards, templates, controls and ways of working.Manage risks, issues, dependencies, plans and benefits.Design and improve programme and portfolio governance and reporting.Provide clear, actionable insight to senior stakeholders.Coordinate cross-functional input from finance, commercial and other teams.About youYou will have:Proven experience delivering complex or high-risk projects/programmes within time, cost and quality constraints.Strong project lifecycle, risk and issue management experience.Experience developing governance, controls and PMO approaches in changing environments.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leaders.A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ..... full job details .....
