Location: London (with travel across the South)
Salary: Circa -70,000 + Travel Expenses (train, parking, or use of pool car)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Site/Project Manager with strong architectural metalwork experience to oversee site operations on complex, high-specification projects. Based primarily in London, this is a key role requiring hands-on leadership, safety oversight, and excellent project delivery skills.

When not on site, attendance at our head office is required for planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring safe and efficient delivery

• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders

• Monitor program, quality, and cost performance

• Support temporary works and lift plans (Appointed Person)

• Maintain regular reporting and communication with the wider project team

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in the architectural metalwork industry

• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management

• Appointed Person qualification (essential)

• Temporary works experience (preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and planning abilities

• Willingness to travel across sites in the South as needed
