This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who is comfortable operating across multiple live projects simultaneously. The role would also suit an experienced Contracts Manager looking to join a growing business delivering exceptional projects throughout Norfolk and the surrounding areas. You will act as the key link between Site Managers and Directors, overseeing the successful delivery of approximately 6–8 live projects at any one time, with individual project values typically around £2 - £4 million. Projects are varied and include: Bespoke new-build homes Heritage and listed building renovations High-end residential extensions and refurbishments Commercial developments Hotel and hospitality projects Restoration and conservation works Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion....
