Position: Project Manager
Location: Brixton
Freelance rate: up to £500 per day (OUTSIDE IR35)
 
Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of £90 million, delivering primarily New Build projects around the UK. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Logistics & Distribution, Multi-room & Commercial.
 
They generally deliver projects ranging in value from £5million up to £25million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured.
 
The Owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Operational Team with the introduction of an experienced Project Manager.
 
New Build Project

Type:                                        New build of 10 small/medium industrial units
 
The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong track record Industrial or Logistics & Distribution sector
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on New Build Industrial/Warehouse projects up to the value of £10 million.
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment

• Up to £500 per day (OUTSIDE IR35)
