Position: (Number 1) Project Manager Location: Birmingham Freelance rate: up to £450 per day Industrial Unit experience is desirable. New Build experience is essential. Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of £90 million, delivering primarily New Build projects around the UK. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Logistics and Distribution, Multi-room and Commercial. The Owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Operational Team with the introduction of an experienced Project Manager. In the first instance our client is keen to secure a Freelance Project Manager for the scheme detailed below and following a freelance period, the position will develop to a permanent role should the transition appeal. Project Information: Location: Birmingham Contract value: £7.5 million Type: Internal/Eternal Refurbishment of existing Industrial Unit with small New Build Extension Freelance duration: 40 weeks The Ideal Candidate: Strong track record Industrial or Logistics and Distribution sector Proven experience as a Project Manager on New Build projects up to the value of £10 million.
