They predominately operate within select business sectors including Leisure, Logistics & Distribution, Multi-room & Stadia. They generally deliver projects ranging in value from -5million up to -20million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured. The Owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Operational Team with introduction of experienced Project Managers and Site Managers. This has been instigated with a recent opportunity secured in Northampton. Therefore, the focus at the moment is to secure a new Project Manager along the M1 corridor.
