Facades Project ManagerIndustry: Construction Contract Type: Contract12-month contract, Umbrella PAYE only (Day Rate)Summary:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a full façade remediation package valued at £15 million on an education project in Birmingham. This 12-month plus assignment involves managing the fire remediation of non-compliant cladding systems from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a Tier 1 main contractor background with proven façade experience and have FieldView software knowledge. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project including planning, coordination, quality control, health and safety compliance, and stakeholder management. A strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations is essential to ensure full compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires immediate availability or a flexible start date, with the project commencing in August.
