Project Manager Sprinklers London (EC3M) 60K to 70K This Fire Protection is part of a large MandE group delivery both Sprinkler and MandE projects across the capital You will be managing commercial fire sprinkler projects up to the value of 8 million within London. Responsibilities Site surveys Procurement of labour, equipment and fabrication Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and site managers/supervisors In partnership with your Operations Manager and Director, be responsible for cost control of contracts/projects Keep records of installation progress and monitor against program of rewards Keep up to date site records, including diary of all site operatives working on your projects Maintain compliance on site with issued and approved method statements and risk assessments Assist with testing and commissioning Essential Skills and Qualifications SMSTS Card Strong procurement and cost control skills Background in commercial sprinkler contracts, wet riser systems and dry riser systems Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and similar project management software Understanding of Sprinkler related standards BS EN12845, LPC Rules and BS9990 Desirable SSSTS or SMSTS A can-do hands-on attitude Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly approach Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to multitask Willingness to learn and develop Reliability Fore more information please give Giles Director - Fire at Amida a call on (phone number ..... full job details .....
