Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

Salary: -40,000 - -55,000 + benefits

We are working with an established and growing construction consultancy in London that is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to develop their career within a consultancy environment, working across a diverse range of construction projects and taking responsibility for delivering projects from inception through to completion.
You will work closely with clients, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders, providing professional project management advice and ensuring projects are delivered effectively, commercially and to the required standards.

• Managing construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Managing project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting.
• Coordinating design teams, consultants and contractors.
• Supporting procurement and tendering processes.
• Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or issues.
• Attending client and project meetings and providing clear progress updates.
• Managing project documentation and ensuring appropriate governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience within the construction or property sector, ideally gained within a consultancy environment.
You will ideally have:

• Experience managing construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of project management processes and construction delivery.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and programmes.
• A relevant construction, property or project management qualification is desirable.
• Consultancy experience is advantageous, but candidates from a strong contractor or client-side background will also be considered.

• -40,000 - -55,000 salary, depending on experience.
