Project Manager - Air Conditioning

Project Manager - Air Conditioning and Ventilation RoleProject Manager required for a well-established specialist Air Conditioning contractor based in North-West London. You will lead complex air conditioning projects from start to finish: planning and programming, procurement, applications for payment, invoicing, supply chain and final accounts, client variations, validations, commissioning, BMS, and full project delivery. Though AC is the core focus, ventilation and wide-ranging mechanical knowledge (including plumbing interfaces) would be beneficial. PackageTotal package up to 75,000Base salary approximately 59,000 per annum 6,000 car allowance Uncapped bonus structure based on profit - 10,000+ achievable New business bonus Rail card covering Zones 1-6 RequirementsMinimum 5 years'' UK experience as a Project Manager within an AC-specialist contracting companyStrong technical knowledge of air-conditioning systems (design, installation, commissioning)Good working understanding of ventilation and general mechanical/plumbing mattersHands-on experience with planning/programming, procurement, applications for payment, invoicing, client variations, final accounts and project close-out proceduresComfortable overseeing commissioning, BMS coordination, site validations, and liaising with clients and subcontractorsWR HVAC MandE are recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
