Project Manager - Aerospace Parts ManufacturingHours: 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday (office-based, no hybrid)Contract: PermanentHoliday: 25 days per annumApplicants must have current UK right to work.OverviewAn opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of customer programmes and manufacturing projects within a high-precision aerospace environment. You''ll be the key link between customers, suppliers and internal departments, coordinating activity to ensure orders are delivered on time, within budget and fully compliant with AS9100, customer requirements and company procedures.You''ll oversee planning and delivery across CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, heat treatment, surface treatments, assembly, inspection and subcontract processing, while leading the Production Control team to strengthen planning, scheduling, material availability and capacity management.Key responsibilitiesManage multiple customer programmes from order receipt/contract review through to final delivery, in line with the order book.Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, risk/mitigation actions and recovery plans to protect OTD/OTIF.Lead the Production Control team responsible for production planning and scheduling across all manufacturing activities.Align schedules to customer requirements and available capacity; review and prioritise work orders to maximise throughput.Monitor daily progress, remove bottlenecks, and lead daily/weekly production review meetings.Coordinate ..... full job details .....
