A leading high-end residential contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a flagship country project in the Oxford area. This is a unique opportunity to join at the very start of a new division, playing a key role in building out a team and setting standards from day one.

The Project

You will be leading the delivery of a prestigious private residential project. This is a high-end build requiring exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of premium finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Full project lifecycle management from pre-construction through to completion
• Programme management and coordination of trades
• Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout delivery
• Managing site teams and subcontractors
• Reporting into senior leadership
• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering high-end residential projects
• Strong programming and organisational skills
• Excellent eye for detail and quality
• Ideally from a trade background
• SMSTS and First Aid qualified
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop teams
