Project Manager / Contracts ManagerLocation: Streatham (Projects across South West London)Start: ASAP (before 17th May)We are currently working with a growing residential refurbishment contractor delivering works for the London Borough of Wandsworth, and they are looking to bring on a Project Manager / Contracts Manager on a temp-to-perm basis.This is a hands-on role overseeing multiple live sites across SW London, with a strong pipeline of both small and larger-scale residential refurbishment projects.The Role: You will be responsible for managing several projects at once, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
