Project Manager £15m New Build Community Hub Ebbsfleet Up to £90,000 + Excellent Package Main Contractor Immediate Start AvailableAn established and highly regarded main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £15m new build Community Hub development in Ebbsfleet.This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on a high-profile scheme that will play a key role in the ongoing regeneration and growth of the local area. The project comprises a complex RC frame construction and requires a strong Project Manager capable of driving programme, quality and safety from inception through to completion.Reporting into an experienced Contracts Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of the project.The Role As Project Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of the development, leading the site team and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities Managing the overall delivery of a £15m new build Community Hub projectReporting directly to the Contracts ManagerLeading and coordinating Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractorsDeveloping and maintaining the construction programmeManaging client and stakeholder relationships throughout the buildChairing site meetings and reporting on project progressCoordinating design, commercial and operational functionsDriving health and safety performance across the ..... full job details .....
