Home based with travelPermanent position £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus, pension, flexible benefites An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager with strong experience in aeroderivative gas turbines to join a global aerospace supply chain function. The focus of this role is to improve operational efficiency by leading initiatives that reduce repair turn around times for key gas generator modules. You will be responsible for turning strategic objectives into clear, deliverable actions that drive measurable results.About the RoleIn this position you will: Assess current repair processes for gas generator modules and identify factors that extend repair times. Design and implement strategies that shorten turn around times while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Partner with engineering, supply chain, and governance teams to ensure alignment between operational improvements and wider business goals. Explore and develop alternative supply chain partners to strengthen flexibility and reduce single-source dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule, addressing risks early to avoid delays. Report progress and key performance indicators to senior stakeholders and leadership groups.
