Job Title: Project Management Tutor Location: Worcester (On-site 3 days per week) Salary: £45,000 About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Project Management Tutor to deliver high-quality teaching and learning to adult learners. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with industry expertise and teaching experience who is committed to helping learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for successful careers in project management. The successful candidate will deliver engaging classroom and blended learning sessions, support learners throughout their programme, monitor progress and ensure positive learner outcomes in line with awarding body and funding requirements. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging Project Management training to adult learners. Plan and deliver lessons that meet curriculum and awarding body requirements. Adapt teaching to meet individual learner needs. Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate assessment and learner records. Monitor attendance, progress, and achievement. Implement learner support interventions when needed. Prepare learners for qualifications, employment, or further study. Provide an excellent learner experience from induction to completion. Deliver high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG). Identify and support learners requiring additional learning support.
