Purpose of the Role We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual seeking a career change into construction project management. As a Trainee Project Manager, you will learn to coordinate and manage residential construction projects, working closely with clients, architects, surveyors, engineers, contractors and local authorities. This role will suit someone with a strong and stable work history, excellent people skills, and a genuine commitment to building a long-term career in the construction management field. Because we invest significant time in training, we are looking for someone who is dedicated, dependable, and eager to grow with us. Over a structured 12-month training programme, you will gain experience both in our NW6 office and on client sites across London.
