Track expected benefits and customer outcomes, such as reduced effort, improved communication Set up an appropriate governance structure, including project meetings, decision forums and escalation routes Maintain a RAID log covering risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies. Proactively identify cross-team dependencies and support escalation and resolution where required. Requirements Strong IT skills including Project Management, Share point and MS Word Experience of working in a customer centric environment Knowledge of the Electricity Sector Relevant Qualification in Project Management, Customer Experience or a Commercial / Business Legal permission to work in the Republic of Ireland.
