Project ManagerSalary: Circa £40,000 per annum + company vehicleLocation: Mold, ClwydContract: Full-time, permanentThe RoleAn established organisation is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee multiple operational projects across the region. This role requires a confident leader with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage site-based teams, coordinate activities, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on site, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Projects will primarily consist of smaller, multi-unit developments, with the opportunity to become involved in refurbishment and improvement works when required.This is a hands-on position offering a high level of responsibility and autonomy, supported by senior management.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme and DeliveryWork with senior leadership to develop and manage project programmesDrive projects forward to meet key milestones and critical deadlinesPlan resources in advance to ensure labour, materials and services are available when neededProject ManagementArrange and manage the supply of materials and external servicesResolve operational issues on site, escalating significant risks where appropriateEnsure all work is completed in line with agreed specifications and quality ..... full job details .....
