Find your future with us.Starting in September 2026, the two-year scheme will see the successful applicants undertake placements across a number of key disciplines, in different UK locations. The scheme will provide the successful graduate a chance to cover a diverse range of areas, fundamental to understanding successful Project Management roles within Boeing. We put an emphasis on learning in the workplace with live projects, working across multiple teams and location, supported by theoretical learning and support from colleagues and the Early Careers team. The successful candidate will perform a number of roles during their time on the scheme interacting with multiple areas of the company such as Boeing Defence UK (BDUK), Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Limited (BCASEL), or Boeing Flight Service (BFS).Roles may includeProject or Programme Management support role either within a Programme Management Office, Integrated Planning and Scheduling team or the Programme Management Function.Project Manager on customer and/or internal projectsEnterprise wide Program Management solution developingDeveloping and delivering new customer proposalsTypical ActivitiesDocumenting requirements, deliverables and success criteriaDeveloping a Work Breakdown Structure, Organisation Breakdown Structure and/or a Responsibility Assignment MatrixUndertaking resource planning and developing project schedulesGaining approvals through the standard gated processMonitoring projects through execution against schedule, cost and qualityProject and programme performance reportingUndertaking change, stakeholder and customer managementRisk, issue and opportunity managementLessons learned, ‘After Action’ reviews and Project closure.Within our Graduate scheme you will also have the opportunity to;Work directly with a mentor in your field of study while finding solutions to real world problemsExperience our products and systems up closeDirect interaction with our company leadersBuild a lasting professional networkGain the skills and knowledge to become a future leader in BoeingExperience multiple Boeing locations around the UKGain a professional Project Management qualificationExploring a function outside of Project ManagementEssential Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Right to work in UK - We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa statusStudying a degree course or have graduated a degree course within last 2 yearsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Qualified to degree level in business studies, project management, finance or similarConfidence or willingness to present and host meetingsStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to discuss ideas and concepts with stakeholders of all levels.To have forward thinking mind-set and self-motivatedEffective communication skillsNote on eligibility and approvalsThe successful candidate will be expected to undergo an Intrusive Security Clearance Process, which will require 5 years uninterrupted residency in the UK prior to applying.We do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Application timelineApplications for this position will be accepted until Oct. 31, 2025.Other requirementsExport Control Requirements: This is not an Export Control position.Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain United Kingdom Security Check.Visa Sponsorship: Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Shift: Not a Shift Worker (United Kingdom)Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer.
